On Sept. 8, Novo Property Holdings LLC sold their home at 12037 N.W. First St., Coral Springs to Joseph and Mary Jackson for $650,000.

The last time this home sold was June 3, 2021. It last sold for $400,000.

So far in September 2021, 53 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas H. Cavendish, 83, was the only registered voter residing at 12037 N.W. First St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
