On Oct. 4, Joseph M. and Evangeline V. Romo Ball purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 6493 Bay Club Drive 4, Fort Lauderdale from Jacqueline Faraldo for $330,000.

So far in October 2021, 81 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jacqueline Faraldo (78) has been registered to vote since 1980.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
