This home last sold for $136,000 on April 18, 2001.

So far in October 2021, 302 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Edward Michael Tyrrell has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3920 Wilson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brina M. Anelli-Tyrrell, 56, and Edward Michael Tyrrell, 51.
