This home last sold for $195,000 on Nov. 3, 2016.

So far in October 2021, 152 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Una May Barnes, 71, was the only registered voter residing at 2240 Havana Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
