Queens GOP chair sells in Pelham Parkway

Philip Ragusa, Josephine Saglimbeni and John Raniolo sold their home at 1861 Williamsbridge Road in Pelham Parkway to Asan Kalezic and Nafija Kalezic for $510,000 on July 14, 2008.

Mr. Ragusa is the chairman of the Queens County Republican Party. He has been a district leader for the 26th Assembly District for 23 years, overseeing the successful campaigns of Senator Frank Padavan, Councilman Mike Abel and Assemblyman Doug Prescott.

A certified public accountant, he has also served as managing partner of Ragusa & DeVito CPAs for more than 25 years. Ragusa & DeVito is based in Woodcliff Lake, N.J. He graduated from New York University with a degree in accounting.

There were 87 sales in Pelham Parkway in 2008, with median sales price of $150,000.
