Design professor unloads in Pelham Parkway

Medium 7356ba69551a247632312e85e800097b Kenneth and Valerie Lalli sold a three-bedroom, one-bath at 1864 Narragansett Ave. in Pelham Parkway to Mimma Giresi and Agostino Sandolo for $492,000 on May 29.

The 2,100-square-foot home was built in 1940.

Mr. Lalli is a professor at The Art, Architecture and Design department at Norwalk University in Norwalk, Conn., where he teaches courses in graphic design, web design and animation. He joined the college faculty in 2000.

He is also the founder of Xenos Design, a firm that specializes in graphic design, illustration, interactive design and consulting.

He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in fine arts from Herbert H. Lehman College at The City University of New York.

There were 86 sales in Pelham Pkwy. in 2008, with a median price of $150,000.
