The 1,400-square-foot house was built in 1905.

Dr. Lebowicz is a hematology, internal medicine, and medical oncology specialist at Hematology Oncology Associates of Brooklyn.

He is affiliated with Peninsula Hospital Center and Maimonides Medical Center, where he completed his residency. He is also a member of ASH Hematology and ASCO American Society of Clinical Oncology.

He completed his medical degree from Albert Einstein College Of Medicine of Yeshiva University.

There were 212 home sales in Flatlands in 2008, with a median sales price of $390,500.
