George Logothetis sold a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 221 N. 11th St. in Williamsburg-North Side/South Side to Paulo Santos for $540,000 on June 30.

Logothetis paid $526,000 for the 3,740-square-foot Unit #3 in April 2007.

Logothetis has been the creative director at The Concept Farm, an advertising agency based in New York. He also served as an associate creative director at Merkley & Partners, as a senior writer at TBWA/Chiat/Day in New York, and as a copywriter at Kirshenbaum & Bond.

He has a B.A. degree from Indiana University, where he majored in both English and broadcasting. He is also a graduate of Portfolio Center.

There were 49 condo sales in Williamsburg-North Side/South Side in 2008, with a median price of $540,000.
