Victoria Klur and Roman Klur sold a home at 39 Exeter St. in Sheepshead Bay/Manhattan Beach to Viktorya Evelkin and Boris Evelkin for $2.9 million on March 15.

The 7,762-square-foot home was built in 1995.

Ms. Klur is the vice president of revenue cycle management at Victory Practice Solutions LLC, a medical billing company.

Mr. Klur is the president of Klurco Group Inc.

The Evelkins also own a home at 125 Falmouth St. in Sheepshead Bay/Manhattan Beach.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 236 home sales in Sheepshead Bay/Manhattan Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
