The 2,140-square-foot house was built in 1960.

Manzi is the director of sales at Micato Safaris, a family-run luxury tour operator and safaris outfitter.

She graduated from the City University of New York Hunter College.

There were 97 home sales in Dyker Heights in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $600,000.
