Alyssa Awe sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 425 Prospect Place in Crown Heights North to Jonathan Reiss for $335,000 on June 26.

Awe paid $289,000 for the property in March 2007. The 670-square-foot Unit #4C is part of the 425 Prospect Place condo development, which was built in 1924 and has 58 units on five floors.

Awe is director of business analysis at Viacom/MTV Networks.

She received her B.A. in English cinema from the University of Southern California in 1990 and completed her MALS in American studies at Georgetown University in 1999.

Sales at 425 Prospect Place are up 75 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price is also up 19.2 percent during that same time period.

There were 41 condo sales in Crown Heights North in 2008, with a median sales price of $370,000.
