Shannon Lucey and Tim Lucey sold the two-bedroom, one-bath Unit #2D at 20 93rd St. in Bay Ridge to Christopher Ancona for $315,000 on July 2.

The Luceys paid $260,000 for the property in March 2005. Unit #2D is in the six-story condominium. It was built in 1940 and includes 36 units.

Ms. Lucey works as a lawyer at the New York County District Attorney's Office. She has been in law practice for seven years.

She received her J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2001.

There were 174 condo sales in Bay Ridge in 2008, with a median sales price of $251,500.
