Pamela Doan sold Unit #17A at 101 Lafayette Ave. in Fort Greene to Matthew Gambino for $303,000 on June 25.

The 17-story Griffin condominium was built in 1931 and offers 202 units.

Doan is a freelance public relations professional.

Previously, she worked with the Armory Show as communications director. Earlier, she was an assistant communications director at UNITE HERE, a labor organization of employees from the clothing, textiles, laundry and hotel industries.

She attended Colorado College and is pursuing her M.F.A. at New School University.

There were 45 condo sales in Fort Greene in 2008, with a median sales price of $737,000.
