Sunu Chandy bought condo Unit #40 at 115 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights North from Eric S. Mckay and Sara Rebekah Rush Mckay for $405,000 on July 9.

The condo Unit #40 built in 1922 is in the Prospect Heights neighborhood.

Mr. Chandy is a civil rights attorney who focuses on employment discrimination law at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its New York district office. She previously was a senior trial attorney.

She received her J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and her B.A. at Earlham College in Richmond, Ind.

The development at 115 Eastern Parkway has 40 units on six floors.

There were 42 condo sales in the Crown Heights North in 2008, with a median sales price of $400,000.
