Unit #75 is one of 75 in the six-story condo, which was built in 1931, in the Kensington/Ocean Parkway neighborhood.
Mr. Wofsy is the business development director at VMS. Prior to this, he served as client service vice president at Argent Trading.
There were 55 condo sales on the Kensington/Ocean Parkway in 2008, with a median sales price of $219,000.
