GE exec, labor lawyer sell in Lincoln Park

Medium b958a2b81f5506700e682358959d9860 Erik and Theresa Van Vuren sold a condo at 1350 W. Fullerton Ave. in Lincoln Park to Briana Rose Degiulio for $380,000 on May 19.

The Van Vurens paid $391,000 for Unit #503 in June 2004. There are 60 units in the development at 1350 W. Fullerton Ave., which is also known as the Altgeld Club. It was constructed in 1997.

She completed her J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago–Kent College of Law and earned a B.A. in political science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.

Sales at Altgeld Club dropped 21.4 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price rose 1.8 percent during that time.

There were 666 condo sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $385,000.
