Richard Klabanoff bought a condo at 3721 N. Sheffield Ave. in Wrigleyville from P. Bradley Bowers for $375,000 on June 25.

Bowers paid $395,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. Unit B-2NM is one of 33 units at the Wrigley Place View condo development.

Klabanoff has worked at CDW Corp., a reseller of computer hardware, software and supplies headquartered in Vernon Hills.

Sales at Wrigley View Place were unchanged from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 4.9 percent during that time.

There were 131 condo sales in Wrigleyville in 2008, with a median price of $360,000.
