Andrew and Jonielle Lauk bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 22W041 Foster Ave. in Medinah from John and Jennifer Ostrowski for $420,000 on July 24.

The 2,175-square-foot house in the Medinah South neighborhood was built in 1985.

Mr. Lauk is the owner of Andy's Lawn Maintenance Inc., a lawn services company in Medinah. He started the business in 1982 while still in high school.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 19 home sales in Medinah in 2008, with a median sales price of $295,000.
