Rachele Heiderman and Derek Snaidauf bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 129 Avon Road in Elmhurst from Renee and Timothy Dizillo for $435,000 on July 27.

The Dizillos paid $520,000 for the property in June 2007. The 1,822-square-foot house, which was built in 1911, is in the Elmhurst Central neighborhood.

Heiderman is commercial planning manager at MillerCoors. Prior to joining MillerCoors, she worked as a business strategy analyst at Miller Brewing Co., was a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and a management consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers/IBM Global Business Services.

She graduated from Miami University.

Snaidauf is a managing consultant, practice area manager, and project manager at IBM Global Business Services. Previously, he was senior consultant at with IBM and he served as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

He graduated from Northwestern University.

Mr. Dizillo is a senior account manager at CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions for business, government and education.

He received his degree from Indiana University–Bloomington. He also attended the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 389 sales in Elmhurst in 2008, with a median sales price of $339,000.
