Sandra Putman bought a two-bath home at 614 N. Willow Road in Elmhurst from William Dalton and Nancy Dolton for $260,000 on July 28.

The 1,698-square-foot house, which was built in 1947, is in the Elmhurst North neighborhood.

Putman is a senior loan coordinator at Washington Mutual. Previously, she served as a senior account manager at Fremont Investment and Loan, a loan processor at AmSouth Bank and she was a loan officer and loan processor at the Mortgage Exchange.

She received her degree in human development and family studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 389 sales in Elmhurst in 2008, with a median sales price of $339,000.
