Mark Mappa and Rachel Mappa sold a three-bath home at 1029 Wrens Gate in Mundelein to Alain Nsoga and Marsha Nsoga for $322,000 on May 28.

The Mappas acquired the house for $354,000 in Nov. 2004. The 2,746-square-foot house in the Town and Country Homes subdivision was built in 1997.

Mr. Mappa is a financial planner at Quorum Federal Credit Union.

He has an M.S. in financial services and is a certified financial planner, chartered financial consultant, chartered life underwriter, registered financial consultant, certified fund specialist, certified senior consultant and a board certified in estate planning and mutual funds.

There were 301 sales in Mundelein in 2008, with a median sales price of $196,500.
