Mr. Lebovitz is the president of Chicago Pawners & Jewelers.

Mr. Pfaelzer is the director of the NorthShore University HealthSystem Foundation.

He has also served as chairman of Executive Service Corps of Chicago and as chairman emeritus for The Bruss Co.

There were 276 sales in Highland Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $451,250.
