The 2,682-square-foot home, which was built in 1996, is in the Lake Bluff West neighborhood.

Cheng has been a senior tax accountant at ev3 Inc., a medical device company headquartered in Plymouth, Minn.

Cheng attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

There were 55 sales in Lake Bluff in 2008, with a median sales price of $570,000.
