Scott and Kritika Storer bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 1306 Hilary Lane in Highland Park from Margola A. Proeh for $877,500 on June 26.

The 5,820-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the Highland Park Central neighborhood.

Mr. Storer is currently VP of BioScience Finance at Baxter Healthcare, a global, diversified healthcare company which applies a unique combination of expertise in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to create products that advance patient care worldwide.

He has been with Baxter since 1997 and has since moved up the corporate ladder holding different key positions.

He attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

There were 277 home sales in Highland Park in 2008, with a median sale price of $450,000.
