Pharmaceuticals officer sells home in Buffalo Grove Central

Medium 98a19f68f5a7dec7cf042d9e94d8acae Mark I. Fenton and Erin K. Fenton sold a two-story, two-bath home at 1366 Devonwood Court in Buffalo Grove to David and Alana Israel for $360,000 on July 9.

The 2,078-square-foot house was built in 1986 in Old Farm Village in the Buffalo Grove Central neighborhood.

Mr. Fenton has been an associate director for quality auditing at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in the Greater Chicago area.

He previously was vice president for quality affairs at Apotex Inc. and vice president for technical affairs at Able Laboratories Inc.

He received his B.S. in zoology in 1972 from the University of Michigan and his M.S. in biology in 1977 from Wayne State University.

There were 286 home sales in Buffalo Grove Central in 2008, with a median sales price of $319,000.
