LED company engineer buys Arlington Heights 4BD

Medium 02c71f56e8a404492662bb6454bbda52 William and Julia Christoffel bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1622 N. Clarence Ave. in Arlington Heights from Wayne and Paula Kruty for $660,000 on Sept. 24.

The 3,291-square-foot house in the North Arlington Heights/Lake Arlington Park neighborhood was built in 2001.

Mr. Christoffel is an engineering manager at Norlux Corp., a manufacturer of LED lighting systems and power supplies. Before joining Norlux, he served as an engineer with companies such as Knowles Electronics, Northrop Grumman and Zenith Microcircuits.

He attended Northern Illinois University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 754 sales in Arlington Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $280,000.
