Hollie K. Foust and Gregory Foust sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 10 Spinnaker Court in Third Lake to Andrew Mott and Nekea Mott for $291,600 on July 13.

The Fousts paid $319,000 for the property in Oct. 2006. The 1,957-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Mariners Cove subdivision.

Ms. Foust is senior counsel at Abbott Laboratories. Her practice is focused on business and commercial law, corporate law, international transactions, nutrition industry, antitrust, advertising and health law.

She received her J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

There were 18 home sales in the Third Lake in 2008, with a median sales price of $273,350.
