Timothy J. Zelasko sold the two-bedroom, three-bath Unit #108 at 1720 N. Marshfield Avenue in Bucktown to Sean Clune for $368,000 on July 6.

Mr. Zelasko has been the vice president of operations at Transportation Solutions Group. Prior to that, he served as the company's director of carrier operations.

Before joining Transportation Solutions Group, he worked as Chicago municipal bond desk assistant at Morgan Stanley. He also worked as operations cage at Merrill Lynch.

He holds a degree in marketing from DePaul University and a business degree in business from Loyola University New Orleans.

Mr. Clune has been an assistant project manager at Clune Construction.

There are 30 units in the three-story building at 1720 N. Marshfield Ave., which is also known as Marshfield Park Lofts. It was constructed in 1912.

Sales at Marshfield Park Lofts dropped 33.3 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price also dropped 5.9 percent during that same time period.

There were 187 condo sales in Bucktown in 2008, with a median sales price of $364,750.
