Thomas J. Scarpati bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1335 S. Prairie Ave. in the South Loop from Citibank for $375,000 on July 20.

Citibank foreclosed on the property in Dec. 2008. Unit #903 is one 167 units at the 21-story Museum Park II development, which was built in 2007.

Scarpati serves as chief operating officer of the Midwest office of Fisher Printing.

He attended DePaul University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 620 home sales in the South Loop in 2008, with a median sales price of $295,000.
