Dalston, along with Jeptha W. Dalston, bought Unit #1605 for $595,000 in Aug. 2000. The condo is part of Chicago Place, a residential development in the Magnificent Mile area. Margaret Snorf of Sudler Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.

Dalston has served as vice president of development and public relations for Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California. She has also served as vice president of the development division with the Alzheimer Association in Chicago. She previously worked for the Northwestern Memorial Foundation as vice president of development.

Sales at Chicago Place were down 25 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 25.1 percent during that time.

There were 421 condo sales in Near North in 2008, with a median sales price of $395,000.
