Colette and William Kennedy have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2115 Harrison St. in Evanston for $1.195 million.

The Kennedys bought the property for $949,000 in July 2006. The 3,260-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the neighborhood of Central Street. Ms. Kennedy is the listing agent for the home.

Ms. Kennedy works as a residential real estate specialist for Coldwell Banker in Winnetka.

She earned her B.A. from Skidmore College.
