Adam Vrabel has listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 31 E. Elm St. in Gold Coast for $826,000.

Vrabel paid $671,000 for the Unit #2B in Sept. 2005. It is one of 12 units in the development known as the Cameron. Michael Vesole of @properties is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Vrabel is an options analyst with MF Global, a broker for exchange-traded futures and options. He also hosts an Internet program called "As the Sun Rises," which provides a look at the grain markets and the ongoing fundamental and technical factors driving prices.

Sales at the Cameron stayed the same from 2007-2008. The median sales price, however, rose 5.4 percent during that time.

There were 531 condo sales in Gold Coast in 2008, with a median sales price of $361,000.
