Real estate developer lists in Lincoln Park for $2.9M

Medium 84f4c0a321283c51a27d8ae35124d0af Jeffrey Parkhill and Karen Parkhill have listed for sale a six-bedroom, five-bath home at 2325 N. Orchard St. in Lincoln Park for $2.9 million.

The 6,700-square-foot home in Mid-North was built in 1873. Joanne Nemerovski of Prudential Preferred is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Parkhill, a real estate owner and developer, is the president of Parkhill Development Corporation in Chicago. Prior to forming the company in 2000, he served as vice president of marketing at National Beverage Corp.

He holds a degree in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago. He is a CPA.

The Parkhills previously sold Unit #1 at 2302 N. Janssen Lincoln Park for $3.2 million in July 2006. They also sold their homes at 2143 N. Clifton Ave. in Lincoln Park and at 2216 N. Magnolia Ave. in Lincoln Park for $1.82 million in Oct. 2004 and $1.16 million in Jan. 2002, respectively.
