Rikke and Daniel Hill sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1448 Sugar Creek Court in Naperville to Matthew and Stephanie Sullivan for $400,000 on July 6.

The Hills paid $452,500 for the property in April 2006. The 2,248-square-foot home was built in 1977 in the Cypress Creek neighborhood.

Ms. Hill is a jewelry designer and the owner of Rikke Designs in Chicago. She previously was an administration manager at Partners by Design, she served as a volunteer treasurer at the Redline Group, she was an executive assistant at MatchWork World Wide and worked as an interpreter and translator.

She earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in business language from Copenhagen Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 193 sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median price of $319,500.
