Glenn L. Swanson and Nancy R. Swanson sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 28750 N. Madison Ave. in Wauconda Township to James M. Milosch for $275,000 on June 19.

The 2,024-square-foot house, which was built in 1991, is in Robert Bartlett Hillcrest Lakesites subdivision.

Mr. Swanson was a sales associate at RE/MAX Northern Illinois, specialized on residential transactions and at RE/MAX American Dream in Wauconda.

There were 23 home sales in the Wauconda Township in 2008, with a median sales price of $200,000.
