I wanted to take some time to let the FloorOpedics crew know how pleased we are with our new wooden floors.  The quality of the floors is wonderful, and the workmanship is beautiful. All of the individuals who were out working on the floors were considerate, polite, and caring people. They took the time to talk to us and helped to answer all of our questions no matter how simple they were. All of the issues we had were able to be resolved, the bump between the two rooms has been removed the floors are level and they no longer squeak.  Bob and I are both very happy with the outcome all the way around. We want to thank you Bill, and all of the FloorOpedics crew for a job well done.
