We purchased a 2011 Sienna from Lombard Toyota. Our overall sales process lasted almost 1 full week consisting of an initial visit, several follow up communications, and a final sale. The sales person was very responsive to our numerous requests, worked on his day off to get the deal moving forward, and even chased our five year old around the dealership to give my wife and I a chance to talk. There were a few speed bumps in the process(as there are with any purchase), but they were handled promptly and fairly. We landed on a fair price with minimal hassle. At no point did we feel pressured or forced into a corner. Throughout the process Lombard Toyota appeared to want to earn our business and has done so.
