I came to VIP Tire for a tune up and tire rotation. They called up my leasing company and told me that I would get new tires, brakes and plugs. They took care of all the paperwork and kept me in the loop as to what was approved and how long it would take. They even offered to take me home or give me a company vehicle. Outstanding customer service is a small price to pay for loyalty in return!
