Film editor settles in Westminster 3BD

Medium a232beca136ae3456ddd3c0080ff996a Michael Scalisi and Becky Lejeune bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 10870 Utica St. in Westminster from Richard L. Hodge for $219,000 on Dec. 19.

The 1,446-square-foot house was built in 1975 and is located in the Cotton Creek subdivision.

Scalisi is a film editor with experience in music videos, documentary, short film and animation. He is the editor of the Academy Award winning documentary film, The Cove. His other projects includes the short film Glance and documentary films Transforming Energy and The Nature Of Cities.

He received his B.F.A. from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,380 home sales in Westminster during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $181,750.
