The 4,578 square foot house, which is located in the Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin, was built in 2005.

Dr. Blum is a neurosurgeon who has practiced in Las Vegas and Royal Oak, Mich.

He graduated from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. He took his residency training at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York.

Home sales in Summerlin South dropped four percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $466,000 to $425,000.
