Watson and his wife, Kristi, paid $630,000 for the property in April 2005. The 7,223 square foot house, which is in the Seven Hills subdivision, was built in 2006.

Mr. Hangsleben is the president of Reliance Systems, Inc., a telephone company based in East Grand Forks, Minn.

Watson has worked with Hutchings Realty in Las Vegas.

Home sales in Henderson dropped 21 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $328,000 to $279,000.
