Terrence G. Kostoff and his wife, Michelle, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath home at 1752 Cypress Manor Dr. in Henderson from Peter and Geraldine Kypreos for $1.01 million on June 17.

The Kypreoses bought the property for $459,975 in Dec. 2001. The 4,279-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Foothills at MacDonald Ranch development.

Kostoff is the president of Bekin A-1 Movers, a moving and storage company with offices in Las Vegas and Hanover, Pa.

Mr. and Mrs. Kypreos bought a four-bedroom, 4.5 bath home at 7 Chalet Hills Terrace in Henderson in February.

Home sales in Henderson are down 21 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price is also down from $328,000 in 2007 to $279,000 so far this year.
