Mr. Deutschman is the managing director of the Cappello Capital Corp. in Los Angeles. Before joining Cappello Capital Corp., he was a managing director of Saybrook Capital Corp.

He has also worked with the Cheviot Capital Corp., and as an attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from Harvard and his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.

Farar is a lawyer in Los Angeles. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School.

There were 286 home sales in Brentwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.325 million.
