Marta Kauffman and her husband, Michael Skloff, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 33744 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu for $7.25 million.

Ellen Francisco of Coldwell Banker in Malibu West is the listing agent.

Kauffman and Skloff paid $3.175 million for the property in March 2003. The 2,130-square-foot home was built in 1980 in the Central Malibu neighborhood.

Kauffman is a writer and producer, best known as David Crane's co-creator of the long-running, hit NBC show "Friends." She previously co-created and served as co-executive producer of the adult-themed sitcom "Dream On," for which she gained an Emmy Award nomination and a CableACE Award.

She also co-created the comedy series "The Powers That Be" and "Veronica's Closet," and served as executive producer for "Related," "Family Album," and "Jesse." Earlier in her career, she co-wrote the book and lyrics for the musical "Personals."

She received her B.A. in theater from Brandeis University, where she began her writing career.

Skloff is a film and TV composer and the creator of music for "Friends." He also co-produced music for numerous episodes of "Veronica's Closet," "Jesse" and "Bob Patterson."

He also worked on Disney's James and The Giant Peach (1996), 20th Century Fox's Anastasia (1997) and its direct-to-video spin-off Bartok, which was released in Nov. 1999.

He majored in music composition at Carnegie Mellon University.

Kauffman and Skloff also own a home at 335 S. Rimpau Blvd. in Greater Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park. They sold their home at 33740 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu for $10.725 million in Oct. 2007.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 172 home sales in Malibu during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $900,000.
