Deepak Sindwani has listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 717 S. Third St. in Pennsport for $409,900.

Lawrence M. Leise of Long & Foster Companies is the listing agent. Mr. Sindwani bought the property for $245,000 in May 2004. The 1,825-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Sindwani is a principal at Bain Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm in Boston, Mass.

He previously was a senior investment officer with Comcast Interactive Capital, where he worked with start-up companies in the communications and media sectors. He also worked for Lucent Technologies and three other start-ups.

He received his B.S. in economics and electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

There were 435 home sales in Pennsport in 2008, with a median sales price of $161,000.
