Kristen Rozansky has listed for sale a five-bedroom, two-bath home at 4814 Windsor St. in Cedar Park for $415,000.

The 3,300-square-foot home was built in 1925. Patrick O'Connell of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors is the agent for the listing.

Rozansky is an associate vice president for development at Penn State University-Hershey.

She joined Penn State in 2008 as an associate vice president and chief development officer for the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and the Penn State College of Medicine.

She previously held a number of administrative roles at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

She graduated from Susquehanna University with a bachelor's degree in English.

There were 90 sales in Cedar Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $230,000.
