McKenna paid $145,000 for the property in Aug. 2000. The 2,540-square-foot house was built in 1890.

Ms. McKenna is an associate and consultant of the tax practice group at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP. She focuses her practice on tax and employee benefits.

Prior to Stradley Ronon, he was an associate at Eizen, Fineburg & McCarthy. Earlier, she worked as a certified public accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She also authored the book The Sarbanes-Oxley Act: Balancing the Rights of Investors and the Rights of Corporate Officers.

She received her J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, her M.B.A. from the Temple University Fox School of Business and Management and her B.S. at Saint Joseph's University.

Witek is senior financial analyst at Lockheed Martin Corp., a global security and information technology company, headquartered in Bethesda, M.D.

He attended the Drexel University College of Business and Administration and Philadelphia University.

There were 197 home sales in the Manayunk in 2008, with a median sales price of $215,135.
