Mr. McTigue is an associate at Conrad O'Brien Gellman & Rohn P.C. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.

He previously was a judicial intern for Judge John T. J. Kelly of the Pennsylvania Superior Court and clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Sandra Schultz Newman.

He received his J.D. from Villanova University and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Pasternak is a pediatrician and a resident at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. He specializes in the physical, emotional and social health of children from birth to young adulthood.

He received his M.D. from New York Medical College.

The development is in Roberts Quay, an apartment community located at 11th and Spruce streets.

There were 306 home sales in the Center City East in 2008, with a median sales price of $327,500
