Dr. Malsch is a family practitioner affiliated with Mercy Suburban Hospital.

He received his D.O from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been six condo sales in Wharton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $255,000.
