Dr. Bebbington practices pediatric surgery at the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He also serves as an associate professor of clinical surgery at Perelman School of Medicine.

He earned his degree in engineering and medicine both from McMaster University and his M.H.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
